This innovative product has been developed by Pavoni Italia together with Master Chef Johan Martin to create special products, not only in terms of taste but also in terms of presentation. The micro-perforations help to keep the dough sticking to the edges of the frame and allow an optimal transfer of heat to the product, baking it perfectly and evenly.
For optimal heat transfer to the products and perfect baking, it is recommended to use the following when baking tarts:
- perforated trays;
- micro-perforated silicone baking mats.
In this way you will also obtain pie bases with the same appearance and characteristics as the edges of the pie.
