Description
Round, microperforated thermoplastic mould.
Used for forming and baking tarts.
Frame size: Ø 23 x H 2 cm
The micro-perforations help to keep the dough sticking to the edges of the frame and allow an optimal transfer of heat to the product, the baking being perfect and uniform.
For optimum heat transfer to the products and perfect baking, it is recommended to use the following when baking tarts:
- perforated trays;
- micro-perforated silicone baking mats.
In this way you will also obtain tart bases with the same appearance and characteristics as the edges of the tart.
The moulds resist temperatures ranging from - 60°C to +180°C.
