Liposoluble Liquid Food Colour (dilute with alcohol).

It is recommended for:
- mass or surface colouring of chocolate and other products with a high fat content,
- colouring various types of foodstuffs, doughs, creams or decorations, semifreddo products, mousses, ice creams, whipped cream, soft dough, sugar pastes, fondant, pastillage, marzipan, icing, icing, fondant and other confectionery products,
- colouring all products with a high fat content,
- airbrush decoration of the surfaces of some of the above products.

It can also be used by direct application on the inside of mould cavities, before adding tempered chocolate or directly on the surface of finished chocolate products, sugar pastes or other products.

Recommendations:
Before use, stir well with a thin utensil to loosen the pigment deposited at the base and then shake the bottle well.

It is recommended to use the colouring gradually, in small doses, until the desired shade is obtained.

When using the airbrush, spray the colourant with the airbrush gun on the surface to be decorated, according to the techniques for working with it. At the end of the airbrush operation, wash the airbrush gun with warm water. In case you notice residues of dried dye, use 90 degree food alcohol to clean the spray gun.
