Food Colour, Metallic Powder, Fat and Alcohol Soluble. Colour: Copper / Arama - AZO FREE Net weight Bottle: 5 gr Smell and Taste: Neutral Allergens: ABSENT. The product does not contain genetically modified organisms (GMO). Colouring which gives a metallic colour effect to surfaces, decorations and products made of chocolate, drawn sugar, sugar paste or pastilles. Recommendations: If used for mass colouring of chocolate, it can be added directly to melted chocolate. It can also be applied to the surface of chocolate products, with a brush, in pure form. Dissolved in edible alcohol or cocoa butter, it can be applied on the inside of mould cavities, before moulding chocolate products.
