Copt Premium Paper 38 cm x 100 m. It is a highly validated silicone treated parchment paper produced from virgin fibres without chemical additives. Its main qualities: - Resistant to temperatures between -35˚C + 220 ˚C - Re-usable - Strong resistance for particularly greasy products or products with liquid ingredients Removes the need for grease in trays and baking tins, and even in the pan. Reduces the need for cleaning, increases productivity and extends the life of trays, eases labour and saves time.
