PASTICCINA 5.0 - Printer specially designed for the Food Industry.

It uses food colourant jet (inkjet technology) and prints on A3, A4, A5 and A6 food sheets.
Ideal for small-to-medium sized, artisan productivity in the Food sector.
Compact, convenient and versatile, it has been designed to print
and low cost.
Very low dye consumption: 10 gr/ 1 m² for 100% coverage.
Printing time 2 min, on maximum surface, with 100% coverage.
Maximum printing area: 32.9 x 48.3 cm (A3+).

Works with 4 external colourant tanks - CISS system. The colours used in these are: blackX2, red, yellow, blue. The tanks are refillable.

Supplied with 2 black coloured bottles, 1 red coloured bottle, 1 yellow coloured bottle, 1 blue coloured bottle.

Prints on various types of food sheets: wafer sheets; sugar paste sheets; "chocotransfer" sheets (acetophan with a layer of cocoa butter to transfer the print from the acetophan onto chocolate).
Allows photo-quality reproduction of: logos, images for personalised decorations or photos.
Prints from any software and any operating system, directly from your PC, like a desktop printer.
