Silicone mould: 1 cavity Cavity volume: 460 ml Cavity dimensions: 19 x 16 x H 2.5 cm Frame dimensions: 20.5 x 19 x H 2 cm Kit Tarte Inima offers confectionery and restaurant specialists a complete kit for making 4.5 cm high desserts, fixed on a base with a larger surface and reduced volume. With this new working technique, sweet creations with an original aesthetic can be realised. The kit is quick and easy to use: - the microperforated frame is used to make the base of the dessert from soft dough or biscuit; - the silicone moulds are used to make the "heart" of the dessert. The final result will be an irresistible palette of colours and decorations. The Silikomart kit is ideal for making sweet or savoury, baked or frozen products. The silicone mould can withstand temperatures from - 60°C to +230°C. The micro-perforated thermoplastic mould can withstand temperatures from - 60°C to +180°C. Tips for using food grade silicone moulds: 1. Do not use sharp objects for cleaning or for product extraction! 2. Do not place or expose the mould directly on fire sources or directly on hobs! 3. Do not use harsh detergents or rinsing solutions for washing!
