Professional ice-cream mould made of food-grade silicone. The kit consists of: - 2 silicone moulds, each consisting of 8 cavities of 75 ml each, provided with a slot for mounting the sticks - 50 sticks - a transparent polycarbonate display tray Cavity dimensions: Ø 3.2 x H 9.7 cm Cavity volume: 75 ml Total volume: 1200 ml The mould has a high non-stick coating which guarantees a perfect extraction of the products from the cavities. The silicone moulds produced by Silikomart are ideal for making sweet or savoury, baked or frozen products. The moulds withstand temperatures ranging from - 60°C to + 230°C. Tips for the use of food silicone moulds: 1.Do not use sharp objects for cleaning or for extracting products! 2. Do not place or expose the mould directly on fire sources or directly on hobs! 3. Do not use any aggressive detergents or rinsing solutions when washing 4. Can be used in the dishwasher.
