Crunchy freeze-dried mango pieces coated with a cocoa butter film that makes it moisture resistant, ideal for yoghurt, ice cream or sauces without softening. Freeze-drying is a cold dehydration process in which water is almost completely removed from the raw material. No heat is used in the drying process, the essence of the product is maintained, nutritionally, keeping the values of the raw material at its maximum.
