Food Colouring Powder with Lustre without E171, Liposoluble (soluble in alcohol and fat). Colour: Golden - AZO FREE Net weight Bottle: 5 gr Smell and Taste: Neutral Allergens: ABSENT. The product does not contain genetically modified organisms (GMO) and gives a glossy colour effect to surfaces. Being a fat-soluble product, it can be used for decorating/colouring the surfaces of products and for mass colouring of various types of compositions and fats, such as: chocolate, cocoa butter, soft doughs, margarine, butter, high fat doughs, marzipan, sugar paste, etc. It can be dissolved in liquid fats or alcohol, to be then added to the dough or product to be mass coloured or coloured on the surfaces. Also partially soluble in water - more difficult operation and not recommended. Recommendations: If used for mass colouring of chocolate, can be added directly to melted chocolate. It can also be applied directly to the surface of chocolate products, with a brush, diluted with a little alcohol or by applying it to the inside of mould cavities before moulding. It can be applied, as such or diluted with a little food alcohol, on the surface of sugar paste decorations, with a brush.
