Fat-soluble liquid food colouring (to be diluted with alcohol).

Recommended for:
- colouring the mass or surface of chocolate, as well as other products with a high fat content,
- colouring various types of food products, doughs, creams or their decorations, semifreddo, mousses, glazes, whipped cream, shortcrust pastry, sugar pastes, fondant, pastillage, marzipan, glazes, icing, fondant and other confectionery products,
- colouring all products with a high fat content,
- decorating, using an airbrush, the surfaces of some of the products listed above.

It can also be used by applying it directly to the inside of mould cavities before adding tempered chocolate, or directly onto the surface of finished chocolate products, sugar pastes or other products. 

Recommendations:
Before use, mix thoroughly with a thin utensil to dislodge any pigment settled at the bottom, then shake the bottle well.

It is recommended to use the colouring gradually, in small amounts, until the desired shade is gradually achieved.

When using an airbrush, spray the colouring onto the surface to be decorated using standard airbrush techniques. Once you have finished using the airbrush, wash the airbrush with warm water. If you notice any dried dye residue, use 90-degree food-grade alcohol to clean the gun.
