CHOCOLART - Food Colouring Powder Liposoluble (alcohol and fat soluble). Colour: Yellow-Ou Net weight Bottle: 40 gr Smell and Taste: Neutral Allergens: ABSENT. The product does not contain genetically modified organisms (GMO). CHOCOLART is a range of colourings with very intense shades. This range has been studied and specially created for colouring Cocoa Butter and Chocolate. A very small quantity of powder is sufficient to obtain intense colours. The colourants are also ideal for other fats. Being a fat soluble product, it can be used for decorating/colouring product surfaces and for mass colouring of various types of compositions and fats, such as: chocolate, cocoa butter, soft doughs, margarine, butter, high fat doughs, marzipan, sugar paste, etc. It can be dissolved in liquid fats or alcohol, to be added to the dough or product to be coloured in the mass or on surfaces. Recommendations: If used for mass colouring of chocolate, it can be added directly to melted chocolate. It can also be applied directly on the surface of chocolate products, with a brush, diluted with a little alcohol or by applying it on the inside of mould cavities, before moulding the products. It can be applied, in its pure state or diluted with a little edible alcohol, on the surface of sugar paste decorations, with a brush.
