Recommendations: If used for mass colouring of chocolate, it can be added directly to melted chocolate. It can also be applied to the surface of chocolate products, with a brush, in pure form. Dissolved in edible alcohol or cocoa butter, it can be applied on the inside of mould cavities, before moulding chocolate products. It can be dissolved in liquid fats or alcohol and then applied to various decorating surfaces. It can also be used in its pure, undissolved state by brush application.
