99.8% pistachios with an intense flavour and slightly astringent notes, deep brown in colour. No flavourings, no colourings, no salt.

Create authentic Italian-inspired desserts and delights with the help of this paste made from real pistachios and other high quality ingredients, this premium flavoured paste has a smooth, easy to mix texture and offers a complex pistachio flavour.

To use, mix 80-100 grams of product with every litre of prepared mixture.

It is ideal for flavouring cakes, pastries, candies, buttercreams, icings and cream fillings.
