Create authentic desserts using this paste made from a blend of raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and cherries, this premium flavouring paste has a fluid, easy-to-mix texture and provides a natural, true-to-life berry fruit flavour that can be used as a substitute for whole berries. This will not only help reduce prep time in the kitchen, but also helps create recipes with a consistent flavour that may not be achievable when using fresh, seasonal, fresh fruit.

To use, mix 70-100 grams of product with every litre of prepared mixture.
The flavouring paste is packaged in a lightweight box with a resealable lid.
It is ideal for flavouring cakes, pastries, candies, buttercreams, icings and cream fillings.
