Naturèa is a 100% fruit puree, ideal to be combined with fruit pastes or as a substitute for fresh fruit, to prepare a completely natural ice cream or complemented with fruit pastes for a more balanced flavour. Excellent when combined with base for making slush and sorbet. Dosage: - Fruit flavours with fruit paste: 250 g Mango Puree, 100 g fruit paste, 750 g water - With fresh fruit: 500 g fruit, 250 g Mango Puree, 250 g water.Ingredients: blueberries, blackberries, redcurrants, strawberries, raspberries, grapes, 10% sugar.
