Dolce Vita - for making any type of ice-cream, sorbet or granita in style.

Before using the ice-cream maker, the bowl should be placed in the freezer for at least 9/12 hours at -18°C to allow the liquid inside the bowl to freeze.
Then remove the bowl from the freezer, fit it to the ice cream machine and pour in the ingredients.
Press the start button and mix. Mixing the ingredients is done using the electric motor and mixing paddle.
