Description
Chocotransfer sheets for food printers.
They consist of: acetophan sheet, to which a thin layer of cocoa butter is applied. Various images, photographs or drawings can be printed on the cocoa butter layer using food printers. Once the sheets are printed, they are used to transfer the printed pattern onto chocolate surfaces/products in the same way as the chocolate decorations transfer sheets.
One set contains: 25 sheets.
Sheet size: A4, respectively 21 x 29.7 cm
Ingredients: Modified starch (E1422, E1412), sugar, cocoa butter, stabilisers (E414, E460i), emulsifiers (E435, E322), humectant (E422), flavourings, colouring (E170).
