Colourless food gloss spray.
Ideal for protecting and creating gloss on the surface of products made of: chocolate, sugar pastes, Izomalt, drawn sugar.
Capacity: 300 ml - Azo Free
Ingredients: Ethanol, coating agent: E904
Instructions for use:
- Shake the tube well before use.
- Spray on products from a distance of about 15 - 20 cm.
- Clean the spray nozzle with warm water immediately after spraying!
