Portioning upright guitar with 2 Cutting Grids, Without Grids included

Description

Chitara - Vertical portioning device with 2 cutting grids.
Simple and quick to use, the device is designed for accurate portioning of various types of products: ganache, cremino, marzipan, semifreddo products, pandispan, other soft products.
Dimensions Device: 54 x 52 x h 18cm
Useful size of cutting base: 35,5 x 36 cm.
Width of the cut pieces: depending on the model of the cutting grids used - see Options!
The device contains and is delivered with:
- Base made of food-grade plastic material - can be used for both single cutting (with one cutting grid) and double cutting (with 2 cutting grids);
- 1 stainless steel platter, dim. 42,5 x 42,5 cm;
- 1 plastic scraper L 55,5 cm;
- 3 stainless steel wires 0,6 mm (spare) for the cutting grid;
- 2 wrenches for replacing/fixing the cutting wires.
Thecutting gridsare made of stainless steel and are purchased separately - see Options!
The system of fixing the grids on the device favours a quick and easy mounting/removal.
Advantages:
Designed for small-medium production capacities, this device is ideal for confectionery laboratories, restaurants, ice-cream parlours, chocolate factories.
Due to its small size, the device can be kept in small spaces and used only when necessary.
Can be sanitised in the washing machine.
The device cannot be used for portioning frozen products, chocolate bars, hard doughs in general!
