Description
Professional Pavocake mould, made of food-grade platinum silicone, for single-portion or for "decorating" tarts.
The mould has 20 cavities;
Volume: 65 ml / cavity.
Mould dimensions: 30 x 40 cm.
Cavities dimensions: Ø 6 x h 3.5 cm.
Model: Chestnut
Can be used together with the microperforated stainless steel frame, cod. XF7020, for the realisation of modern tarts with a unique look.
The moulds resist temperatures between - 40°C and + 250°C.
This innovative product has been developed by Pavoni Italia together with Pastry Chef Cedric Grolet - winner of the 2018 World Pastry Chef Competition, to give confectioners all over the world the possibility to create unique products, not only in terms of taste but also in terms of shape.
Tips for using silicone moulds:
- Do not use sharp objects to clean them or to extract the products!
- Do not place or expose the mould directly on fire sources or directly on hobs!
- Do not use aggressive detergents or rinsing solutions for washing!
