These small decorative pearls, made from Callebaut 823 milk chocolate, have an intense chocolate flavour with prominent notes of milk.

Serving suggestions: they can be sprinkled on any confectionery, pastry or bakery product, on ice cream or hot drinks. Mixed into chocolate mousse or ice cream, they add a crunchy chocolate texture to desserts.
