Coat the mould with butter or oil before use.
Do not use in the washing machine!
Do not use abrasive sponges for cleaning!

IMPORTANT: After use, wash the tray with detergent and rinse thoroughly. Do not leave it exposed to dry but wipe it very well with a dry cloth (paper towel) to remove traces of water. Afterwards apply a coat of grease/oil, both inside and outside, and remove excess with a paper towel/paper towel. The tray can then be stored in a dry place, away from damp, until next use...
