Description
Professional T-PLUS mould made of food-grade plastic, designed to cut and bake foieta dough, leavened dough or frozen products.
The moulds are ideal for making sweet or savoury, baked or frozen products.
For a perfect professional result it is recommended to roll out the dough to 2.5 mm thickness and use at -5°C. T-PLUS is made of a transparent, highly elastic polyurethane film coated with a polyacrylate adhesive and glue.
Kit contains: 2 moulds for cutting and baking the base and top layers.

The moulds are resistant to temperatures ranging from - 60°C to +180°C and are highly non-stick, guaranteeing a perfect extraction of the products from the cavities after baking or freezing. The moulds can be used in the oven/microwave oven as well as in the freezer/cooler.
Tips for using silicone moulds:
1. Do not use sharp objects to clean it or to extract the products!
2. Do not place or expose the mould, directly on fire sources or directly on hobs!
3. Do not use any aggressive detergents or rinsing solutions for washing!
4. Can be used in the dishwasher.
