Professional Pavocake mould, made of food-grade platinic silicon, for making 3D cakes, in the shape of a Trunk.The mould has 1 cavity; volume 1240 ml.Dimensions Mould: 25 x 8.5 x h 7 cmThe Pavocake Cakes mould - can be used for freezing or baking Cakes or other Confectionery - Gastronomy products, sweet or savoury, in ventilated or static, gas or electric ovens.The mould withstands temperatures ranging from - 40⁰C to +280⁰C.It can be used individually or in groups of 6 pieces at a time, on standard professional trays (60 x 40 cm) or plastic trays in case of freezing.To create a centre part / insert, use Shape KE011.To create a decoration on the surface of the products (obtained by baking or freezing) proceed as follows:Before moulding the composition, place a silicone mat with the chosen decoration - TX01; TX02; TX03 or TX04 - in the cavity of the shape. These are the size required for the mould cavity, and the product, after baking/freezing, will have the mat pattern printed on the surface.Do the same when using an insert - you will obtain a complex product with an insert inside and a decoration on the surface.
