Description
Set of 10 Nitrogen Cartridges - N2O
They are used in the professional soda siphon which is ideal for the quick preparation of: whipped cream, mousse, sponge doughs, sweet or savoury foams, hot sauces.
They are made from 100% steel and are coated with a protective nickel coating to give them a shimmering stainless steel finish.
A single capsule/reservoir of approx 8g can foam 0.5 litres (by weight) and make 1.5 Litres (by volume) of whipped cream, dessert, mousse or sauces!
